Michelle and I got our 10 YEAR visas last week!

Tickets

We've got our tickets, are getting our visas, and are getting our reservations for Mumbai and Kolkata.

Everything is in process...

And I've got two places I'm going to visit for a month each in South India after Kolkata... working first in a rural area, and then helping to get a new society that will help youth get off the ground in Bangalore and Mysore.

And I still don't know how it's going to work out... but I trust it will... everything has been leading to this... all I have to do is take the step.

NO Ed is not cutting his hair (yet!)

Okay. I might not really cut my hair either but I surely am nervous about lice, bed bugs and any other type of grotesque thing that might find a home on my head. I couldn't even walk through a field of slugs in Vermont let alone a river of manure on the streets of Calcutta during monsoon.

Pray for me guys & gals. I need strength, maybe that's another reason why I should keep my hair long.

I was such a picky child when it came to food. My MOM used to threaten me saying "One day Michelle you'll end up some where you don't have a choices and you have to eat the same thing everyday. You'll learn then to fuss about your food." Apparently I'll be that somewhere soon. Thanks MA!

Everything is getting ready... tickets are about to be purchased, visas are almost complete, and planning is almost done!!
